Dear guests,

Following the guidelines of the Decree and Regulation of the General National Law for Tobacco Control, our resort will implement the mandatory measures designated therein.

As of Sunday, January 15th, 2023, Mexican beaches were declared 100% smoke-free, as well as terraces, spaces with food, beverage and entertainment services, and public gathering & minors areas. This means that tobacco or any nicotine product (cigarettes, cigars, or vape) is restricted.

The resort will have areas suitable for smokers; please request more information about these areas from our Concierge or Front Desk staff.

Any breach of these new regulations may result in financial penalties for the infringer. Please, do not compromise the staff by requesting them flexibility.
