- Rates per person per night based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice. They include taxes and gratuities.
- All reservations must be confirmed with the traveling person's credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard). Upon arrival, a credit card and ID are required. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
- The discount for teens has already been applied to the rate, and it is for ages 13 to 15. It applies for two minors per suite maximum.
- The spa credit is per adult per night. It applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; it does not apply to the beauty salon, spa boutique, or Water Ceremony. It cannot be transferred from one guest to another, accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. The Water Ceremony and any other spa service require a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the spa. The credit for teenagers applies to a maximum of two people.
- The boutique discount is not combinable with any other promotions, discounts, or programs.

- The resort credit for $300 USD is not cumulative, exchangeable, or transferable; it has no cash or commercial value and cannot be modified or combined with other credit.
- It should be used as follows:
- $200 USD towards spa treatment of 50 minutes or longer (a maximum of $40 USD may be applied per treatment; the spa credit does not apply to the beauty salon or spa boutique; it cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other Spa promotion; unused balances will not be refunded)
- $50 USD towards the resort's boutique (valid on a minimum purchase of $200 USD)
- $50 USD towards imported wine list selection
- Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
- The golf discount applies only to Marina Vallarta and/or Vista Vallarta courses and must be booked through Guest Service. No transfer is included.
- The Kawitu Experience includes stops in the best chocolate factory, the Malecón, the jewelry gallery, a tequila tasting, and a Kawitu ritual with a Huichol shaman. Leaving and returning to Velas Vallarta.
