At Grand Velas Riviera Maya, SE Spa presents a biohacking menu inspired by the global trend of optimizing biology for enhanced health and performance. Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit invites guests to embark on a journey of spiritual renewal with its new Chakra Healing Sessions. Chakra Healing journeys begin with a Copal Cleansing Ceremony, a ritual using aromatic tree resin to clear negative energy, followed by a series of guided practices including ice baths to stimulate the nervous system, sound healing and meditation to align the chakras, and mindfulness exercises that foster inner peace. Guests are then treated to a deep cleansing of the hair using high-quality Moroccanoil products, followed by a custom hair mask selected to meet individual needs, such as moisturizing for dry or damaged hair or repairing for enhanced hair structure. While the mask absorbs, a relaxing scalp massage using Japanese shiatsu techniques relieves tension and balances energy. The treatment concludes with the application of collagen eye patches to reduce wrinkles and a professional blow-dry for a polished finish. Additionally, at Casa Velas a new ‘Wellness Wednesdays' offering invites guests to embrace relaxation and mindfulness through a curated series of activities set in the serene surroundings of the Botanical Garden.
