The menu is available as a complete experience, or a la carte, at the collection's seven resorts in Los Cabo, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, and Riviera Nayarit. 

Pre-wedding activities are designed to welcome guests into Mexican culture. A vibrant welcome fiesta features regional street food favorites like tacos al pastor, esquites, and tamales, accompanied by refreshing aguas frescas and traditional folk music. Expert-led tequila and mezcal tasting sessions showcase the different varieties of Mexican spirits. Those seeking culinary adventures can join hands-on cooking classes of classic Mexican dishes like mole, cochinita pibil, or chiles en nogada. Local artisans demonstrate traditional crafts like pottery painting, weaving, or papel picado making, allowing guests to create their own meaningful souvenirs.

The wedding ceremony itself incorporates meaningful Mexican traditions while maintaining the couple's personal vision. Enhancements include traditional music performances featuring mariachi or pre-Hispanic flute ensembles with accompanying folkloric dancers, wedding attire adorned with exquisite Mexican bordados (embroideries), and custom-made Swarovski lazos symbolizing the couple's union. Mini altars to honor loved ones who have passed are reminiscent of the renowned Dia de los Muertos celebration. During cocktail hour, classic Mexican cocktails are crafted with regional fruits and herbs, offering guests an authentic taste of Mexico's diverse beverage heritage.

Wedding festivities culminate in a reception filled with delights that showcase Mexico's culinary and artistic diversity. Live mariachi performances create an energetic atmosphere throughout the evening, while the culinary experience features regional cuisines of Mexico, from Oaxacan tlayudas to Yucatecan panuchos and Baja fish tacos. As the celebration continues, guests might be surprised by late-night street food carts serving beloved treats like elotes or churros with various dipping sauces, all as sides for the decadent Mexican wedding cake infused with hints of cinnamon and chili.
