Mexican Owned Resort Group Debuts Suite Renovation, Kids Spa, New Kids & Teens Clubs; Celebrates MICHELIN Stars

In 1991, Vela Ruiz's brother, Eduardo Vela Ruiz, founded Velas Resorts with Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta.
