Velas Resorts in Mexico are once again rolling out the festive carpet for Christmas and New Year's Eve, offering a number of deluxe activities and events for adults and families, including a special helicopter arrival by Santa himself, pre-decorated insuite Christmas trees, traditional Mexican festivities, gingerbread mansions, and much more. On the Baja California, guests of Grand Velas Los Cabos can witness Santa Claus' impressive arrival at the resort by helicopter. At Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, children at the resort's Kid's Club can learn how to make colorful Alebrijes, traditional Mexican art sculptures, which originated in the 1930s. Adults-only Casa Velas is offering guests unlimited golf included in the rate, yoga and Pilates, craft beer tasting, salsa dancing, wine and cheese pairing, tequila and mezcal tastings, Spa Atelier workshops, and more. A special Christmas program and a New Year's Eve gala dinner with themed menu and live entertainment will also be included.

Travelers can bring their holiday celebrations to their stay at Velas Resorts with a Christmas tree insuite, pre-decorated or with ornaments to decorate as a family.
