The restaurants, located at Grand Velas Los Cabos and Grand Velas Riviera Maya, continue to exemplify culinary excellence while remaining fully integrated into each resort's all-inclusive experience. In addition, Cocina de Autor Riviera Maya was honored with this year's prestigious MICHELIN Guide Service Award, recognizing the team's seamless blend of fine dining and heartfelt hospitality.

The original Cocina de Autor concept was developed by celebrated chefs Bruno Oteiza and Mikel Alonso specifically for Grand Velas Resorts. Their continued consulting partnership ensures consistent innovation and quality across both locations. At Los Cabos, the culinary program is led by two MICHELIN star chef Sidney Schutte alongside Francisco Sixtos. Meanwhile, the Riviera Maya property features the expertise of Chef Nahum Velasco, a Mexico City native who brings authentic regional influences to the menu.
