New Unplugged Adventure Introduced at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit

Under the guidance of one of the destination's experienced naturalists, the experience allows visitors to discover beautiful trails, learn about local flora and fauna, and enjoy the outdoors in a safe and supportive environment. Guests begin their day with a 45-minute private sunrise mindfulness session on the resort's pristine beach. This tranquil practice prepares both mind and body for the day's hiking expedition. The experience continues with a personalized hiking excursion on diverse trails showcasing the region's stunning natural beauty. Guests can choose from several notable locations, each offering unique scenery and varying difficulty levels. Options include the majestic El Salto and Palo Maria waterfalls, secluded Colomitos Beach, and more challenging Monkey Mountain and Del Toro Mountain trails. Each hike can be customized to specific interests, including photography-focused excursions where participants can record the natural scenery, or wellness-oriented hikes incorporating additional mindfulness activities. The experience can be further enriched with educational workshops covering local plant identification, survival skills, or outdoor cooking.
After the hike, recovery and relaxation await back at the resort. Guests can enjoy a thoughtfully curated recovery station featuring local herbal teas, wellness elixirs, and light, nourishing bites. An optional invigorating ice bath, available either after the morning mindfulness session or post-hike, offers natural recovery benefits.
