Couples then partake in a yoga and sound healing session, where synchronized poses and Tibetan bowl resonance deepen emotional and physical harmony. A guided sleep therapy session follows, incorporating reflexology and a specialized reset program. A 60-minute aromatic couples massage is then offered, with essential oils selected to restore vitality.
