Activities on tap range from strength training workshops with celebrity trainers who coach the likes of Adriana Lima, Glen Powell, and Hailey Bieber to daily cold plunges, sound healing, yoga and pilates, and dance fitness, to Huichol-inspired art therapy, holistic skincare, and a cooking class that incorporates hormone health. And, coupled with treatments at the resorts' signature SE Spas complete with innovative treatments  and renowned hydrotherapy, luxurious accommodations, gourmet dining, and cultural activities onsite, the retreats are focused on complete rejuvenation.

Programming at Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos 

Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos, a brand new addition to the luxury resort collection, has an exclusive lineup of wellness offerings on tap. Celebrity trainer Giorgio Merlino, founder and trainer at ALO Wellness in Los Angeles, shares his Hybrid Training Method, blending various fitness disciplines for a comprehensive approach to mental and physical wellness. LA-based health & wellness influencer Paige Lindgren, a certified hormone specialist and pilates instructor, will be teaching a pilates class and cooking class that focuses on hormone health and nutrition. Robin Martin, a seasoned yoga instructor based in Seattle, will lead a yoga practice aimed at opening the hips and heart, using alignment and breath work to foster emotional and physical release, and a New Moon Meditation. Canadian fitness trainer and registered nutritionist Emma Troupe is hosting a Boot Camp, complemented by a Gentle Full Body Fitness workshop. As a coach, Emma will teach guests how to build impactful lifelong habits with holistic approaches. Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals to nurture their bodies to achieve optimal functionality and well-being. Thanks to her training as a professional dancer and international dance teacher certifications in Russia, Cuba, New York, and Los Angeles, the hotel's final host Magaly Guerra Meyer developed the "Shake & Sculpt" methodology which combines dance with low-impact strength exercises. Magaly will be leading two of her famous dance fitness classes during the Wellness Getaway. 

Programming at Grand Velas Riviera Maya

Grand Velas Riviera Maya, the AAA Five Diamond luxury all-inclusive resort located on Mexico's Caribbean coast,  also elevates the wellness experience with both physical and mental health programming. Korey Rowe, NYC-based Dogpound Director, will conduct dynamic HIIT and core strengthening workshops, promising an intense blend of cardio and strength training aimed at daily improvement. Mexico-city based Canadian Steph Currie brings her high-energy cycling workshops to the resort, combining motivational coaching with pulse-pounding music. Also on tap is Ale Rubio, the founder of vegan protein supplement Fitmingo and FIT by Ale, a wellness platform complete with different exercises, nutrition and psychology content, tips, challenges, recipes, and more. Ale will be teaching three functional training workshops during the Wellness Getaway. Dr. Danny Garza is a general practitioner from Monterrey, Mexico passionate about holistic skin care and the human microbiome. Dr. Danny will lead a holistic health workshop focused on the connection between diet and skin health, blending scientific insight with practical wellness tips. Lucy Nelles of Miami-based wellness community Hi Vibe Wellness rounds out the lineup with an invigorating guided ice bath and yoga session, promoting physical and mental vitality.

Programming at Casa Velas and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit 

Lululemon Mexico sponsors the Velas Resorts Wellness Getaway in Puerto Vallarta at properties Casa Velas and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. Founder and CEO of the Mexican Yoga Institute Ana Paula Dominguez is hosting a unique facial yoga and sound therapy session that strengthens and relaxes the muscles of the face, along with a "Meditation in Movement" yoga class that aims to reconnect participants with positive energy flows during each movement. Paola Shape, licensed nutritionist and cancer survivor, dives into the meaning of emotions and how they influence overall wellbeing in a dedicated lecture. Leading a "sleep potions workshop" with herbal infusions, founder and General Director of Euro Te, Olivia Medina is a pioneering Mexican tea master with over 21 years of experience creating blends of gourmet loose leaf teas, as well as in selecting and importing these products from overseas. She will also host a workshop on how to create your own Chai and dive into the holistic health benefits of the beverage. Mexican TV Celebrity Chef Yogui will share his knowledge in a cooking class and help participants prepare a special dish. The hotel is also offering workshops to create your own dreamcatcher, an introspective huichol art therapy workshop, oceanfront cycling, and guided cold plunge therapy.
