This is followed by an Ancestral Copal Cleansing, a pre-Hispanic purification ritual in which copal smoke is used to clear the way energetically before the renewal of vows. Later that evening, in the hotel's botanical garden, couples are treated to a private tasting of reserve wines or artisanal tequilas, followed by an intimate candlelit dinner in which each course on the menu represents a chapter of their shared story.
