Rooted in his belief that exceptional service creates a magical experience, this philosophy is also embodied in exclusive art pieces commissioned for Velas Resorts by a renowned Mexican artist. In the lobby of Grand Velas Los Cabos and Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, two captivating works—the "magician's chair" and the "magician's lectern"—symbolize the enchanting welcome and magical experiences awaiting guests. Each Velas Signature event package offers specially-designed décor, four hours of music, themed entertainment, and a dedicated team of audio technicians to ensure an unforgettable experience. The advanced audio and lighting systems, including mixers, speakers, handheld microphones, and sophisticated lighting, are expertly managed by the resort's onsite production team, CELTREV, to guarantee a flawless evening. Grand Velas Los Cabos can host up to 1,700 event guests, Riviera Maya up to 2,700, and Riviera Nayarit up to 900.

The setting, suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues, is transformed with a fairy lights ceiling and a customized DJ booth that blends seamlessly with the surroundings. A fire show ignites the night to close out the entire experience. 

The Wizard: A Spellbinding Speakeasy Carnival
Groups will enter a world of magic and mystery with a spellbinding speakeasy carnival. Guests will be welcomed through a golden entrance tunnel, leading to a realm of enchantment. Inside, dazzling displays and string lights create a captivating atmosphere, centered around a specially designed stage. This theme can be adapted for both indoor and outdoor settings. The entertainment includes performances by sphere jugglers, poi dancers, and stilt walkers.

With this theme guests will experience a journey into the future with a mesmerizing light show. They will be amazed by the stunning décor, including illuminated portals and a truss tunnel, creating a visually spectacular setting. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues, the highlight of this theme is a light show that includes pixel poi dancers, disco balls hostesses, and stilt walkers.
