Chef Samuel Robles Villagrana
Chef Samuel has been dedicated to pastry since 2004 when he started working at Café des Artistes alongside Thierry Blouet, where he participated in multiple gourmet festivals alongside renowned chefs. In 2006 at the age of 20, he joined Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. Over the years, his effort and perseverance have earned him the pastry supervisor position.

Chef David Bernal Galicia
A true pastry lover, chef David is devoted to sweet flavors as a part of the cultural heritage of Toluca, his native city. His career began in Mexico City, at the Naos restaurant, where he worked with chef Monica Patiño. Later, in 2014 he began working in the hospitality industry at the Capella hotel in Ixtapa, after an extensive career in this business, he joined the pastry team of Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.

Chef Nicolás Sánchez Aurelio
Born in the state of Nayarit, Chef Nicolas discovered his passion for baking at an early age. His career began at the age of 18 when he joined the Westin hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Since the beginning of his career, his main challenge has been to exceed the expectations of his guests, which led him to be part of the pastry team at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. Here, he has been able to continue evolving his talent and acquiring new culinary techniques.

Chef Jorge Ezequiel González González
Born in Merida, Chef Jorge is distinguished by his extensive career as a patissier in different hotels, during his career he has worked alongside renowned chefs such as Oliver Fernandez, Saray Ruiz, and Luis Acosta. Chef Jorge currently serves as the pastry team supervisor at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.
