For three nights of past november, Grand Velas Los Cabos witnessed the passion of chefs Jérôme Ferrer, Sidney Schutte and Víctor Palma. The chefs created magic for guests' palates with an extraordinary menu that included dishes like "Juniper Berry", "La Marquesa en Texturas", "Main Lobster Cappuccino" and "Confit Pigeon Ravioli".
