Beer and its pairings

Casa Velas' latest gourmet activity indulges guests with an exquisite variety of Mexican artisanal beer from the neighboring state of Colima. Cayaco beer has a light body and clear color, with notes of freshly baked bread and cooked rice, accompanied by floral and citrus aromas. Colimita is the tropical representation of a typical German lager; Paramo is an American-style pale ale with tropical aromas, and the Ticús is a porter that is both light and complex at the same time. Each beer is perfectly paired with its respective salad, ceviche, pescado zarandeado and dark chocolate.
